DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Business Days: Delivery time is indicated in business days, Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed on the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

Though we are confident in the excellent quality of our merchandize, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, you can return it to us for a refund in the original condition and packaging within 90 days from the day the order was placed.

90-DAY RETURN

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, you can return it to us for refund within the following conditions. Your return must be in the same condition and packaging as you received it and the order must be returned within 90 days since the day the order was placed. We will refund the amount of your purchase, minus the amount actually paid for shipping. If your purchase received the promotional free shipping in case of a return the cost of actual shipping will be withheld from the returned amount. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur.

Please note that items showing signs of wear or damaged in any way, other than manufacturing defects, cannot be accepted for return. Returns without the Zamberg.com Return Authorization code as well as packages that are not properly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive items that are damaged or contain manufacturing defects, we will gladly replace the broken parts, if possible, or ship a replacement to you for free. Please contact our Customer Service Department by email at orders@zamberg.com and provide our customer service representatives with the order number, product name and SKU of the items you wish to replace.

Adhering to the highest standards of hygiene items shipped as a replacement will be brand new. The defective item must be returned to us within 14 days of the PURCHASE date. The returned merchandise will be inspected by our specialist to identify the cause of the defect. If the flaw is determined to be a manufacturing defect or that damage occurred during shipping we will gladly exchange the item or issue a refund. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive wrong items or are missing items, we will replace the items - at no cost to you. Just contact our Customer Service Department by email at orders@zamberg.com and provide our customer service representatives with the order number, product name and SKU of the items you wish to replace.
