This Privacy Policy covers any personal information that Zamberg obtains from you
when you use services on our site. Our Privacy Policy may change in the future.
Zamberg is serious about protecting your privacy. We will never sell, loan, rent,
trade or give away your name, email, address or any other personal information to
any third party without your permission.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Zamberg collects information from visitors to assist them with their shopping experience.
When you register or place an order at
http://www.Zamberg.com we collect your name, address,
phone number and e-mail address which we save as part of your user profile. When
you place an order, we will also collect the delivery address you provide. We do
not store your credit card information. Your user profile will only be accessible
providing a username and password you have previously created. When placing an order
you will be required to login and your user profile is used to assist in the completion
of your order. Zamberg uses your email occasionally to communicate with you about
your current orders. Sometimes we also use the email addresses of our members to
let them know about special promotions, discounts, and other news pertaining to
Zamberg. If you'd like to opt out of receiving future mailings from Zamberg, follow
the procedure outlined in the Email Settings & Subscriptions section.

If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree
to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

USE OF COOKIES
What is a cookie? A cookie is a piece of information that is sent to your computer's
hard drive to help our site recognize you when you return to our site. By doing
this, we can personalize your return visits and save you time during checkout. In
order to enjoy the benefits of being a registered user, your browser must be set

to our site. It is important for us to understand the number of new customers using

An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you get
on to the internet. Your computer's IP address is used by our site for administration
purposes. Our site does not tie personal information to an IP address.

While no online transaction is 100% secure, we at Zamberg strive to protect your
personal information to the best of our ability. Users have the option of using
a Secure Checkout feature when placing an order on our site. This option uses the
industry standard, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect any personal
information including your credit card number. To ensure a secure transaction we
designed Zamberg.com to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication
through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 3.0 versions or higher
of Netscape Navigator and versions 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer. This means
you should not be able to inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.
Your credit card is charged only when your order is shipped and your credit card
information is never reused except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments.

By using our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the collection
and use of information as set forth in this privacy policy. We may from time to
