However, ordering from our site is not only exceptionally secure and convenient, it is also much more rewarding.
If you register on our site and place the order online you will be eligible for special offers and discounts available expressly for our on-line customers.

To place an order on-line simply locate the product or products you are interested in and click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can view your cart anytime by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right hand corner of the site. Once you have the items you would like to purchase in your cart click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the cart page. Zamberg offers a simple five-step ordering process:

• Finalizing the items in your Shopping Basket
• Completing shipping and billing addresses information
• Selecting shipping method
• Completing payment information
• Reviewing your order
• Receiving an order confirmation

Step 1: Shopping Cart
The shopping cart contains all the items you selected while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete items, change quantities and request gift-wrapping. All the discounts and promotions are automatically applied and the total is calculated. You can also redeem your gift certificate or use your promotion coupon by entering its code in the provided field.

Step 2: Shipping and Billing addresses
You are asked to provide your shipping and billing addresses. Please note: for security reasons, billing address must match the address on file with your credit card company. Your order will not be processed without this correct information.

Step 3: Shipping Method
You can select a shipping method.

Step 4: Payment Information
You are asked to provide your payment information.

Step 5: Reviewing Your Order
You can make changes or go ahead and place your order.

Step 6: Order Confirmation


ORDER INQUIRIES

Please feel free to email us with specific questions about your order. You can also determine the shipping status of an existing order by clicking on "Order Status" link or by using features in the Your Orders section within My Account page. Your order becomes available for online status-tracking 24 hours after it is placed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Zamberg.com Gift Certificates and PayPal.

When you place your order, you will be asked to submit a credit card number over the Internet. We secure all payment transactions using the latest encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer or SSL). Please note, billing address must match the address on file with your credit card company.

SALES TAX POLICY

Zamberg.com is required to charge sales tax to items sold and shipped within the state of Florida. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of each item, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Items sold and shipped outside of Florida will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax will not be applied for the purchase of gift certificates. Purchases paid for with gift certificates may be subject to sales tax if items are sold and shipped in Florida.

CANCELING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER

You may cancel your order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. In those cases, you may follow the return instructions if you decide not to keep the product after having received it.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

To redeem your Gift Certificate please login into your account on Zamberg.com and follow the simple instructions on the "View your gift certificate balance" page. You can either use all of it at ones or split it on several purchases.

Terms and Conditions:
Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Zamberg.com Web site, http://www.Zamberg.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Zamberg.com's online catalog.

• Each gift certificate is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the certificate.
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
• Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.
• The balance due on an order that exceeds the gift certificate amount must be paid by credit card.
• Zamberg.com will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the Zamberg.com Web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Zamberg.com Web site.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
• Gift certificates may not be purchased or redeemed for international orders.

GIFT WRAP

Receive one free gift wrap per order over $100. Add $5 per item for additional gift wrapping. Please indicate which item(s) you wish to have wrapped under special instructions when placing your order.
