PLACING AN ORDER

You may place your order over the phone by dialing

However, ordering from our site is not only exceptionally secure and convenient, it is also much more rewarding.
If you register on our site and place the order online you will be eligible for special offers and discounts available expressly only for our on-line customers.

To place an order on-line simply locate the product or products you are interested in and click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can view your cart anytime by clicking on the "Shopping Bag" icon in the upper left hand corner of the site. Once you have the items you would like to purchase in your cart click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the cart page. Zamberg offers a simple five-step ordering process:

Finalizing the items in your Shopping Basket
Completing shipping information
Completing billing information
Reviewing your order
Receiving an order confirmation

Step 1: Shopping Bag
The shopping bag contains all the items you selected while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete items, change quantities and request gift-wrapping. All the discounts and promotions are automatically applied and the total is calculated. You can also redeem your gift certificate or use your promotion coupon by entering its code in the provided filed.

Step 2: Shipping
You are asked to provide your shipping address.

Step 3: Billing
You are asked to provide your billing address. Please note: for security reasons, billing address must match the address on file with your credit card company. Your order will not be processed without this correct information.

Step 4: Reviewing Your Order
You can make changes or go ahead and place your order.

Step 5: Order Confirmation
A final summary and confirmation of your order appears.

ORDER INQUIRIES

Please feel free to email us with specific questions about your order. You can also determine the shipping status of an existing order by clicking on "Order Status" link or by using features in the Your Orders section within My Account page. Your order becomes available for online status-tracking 24 hours after it is placed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Zamber.com Gift Certificates.

When you place your order, you will be asked to submit a credit card number over the Internet. We secure all payment transactions using the latest encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer or SSL). Please note, billing address must match the address on file with your credit card company.

SALES TAX POLICY

Zambeg.com is required to charge a 7% sales tax to items sold and shipped within the state of Florida. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of each item, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Items sold and shipped outside of Florida will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax will not be applied for the purchase of gift certificates. Purchases paid for with gift certificates may be subject to sales tax if items are sold and shipped in Florida.

CANCELING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER

You may cancel any your order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. In those cases, you may follow the return instructions if you decide not to keep the product after having received it.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

Redeem your gift certificate into your Zamberg.com account. You'll be given this option during checkout:

Select the items you want to purchase.
Add them to your virtual shopping cart, and provide your billing and shipping information on our order form.
Enter your Zamberg Gift Certificate number in the appropriate field.
Continue with our secure checkout.

Or you can redeem your Gift Certificate at any time by clicking on the button "Your Account" and entering your Zamberg Gift Certificate number in the appropriate field.

Terms and Conditions:
Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Zamberg.com Web site, http://www.Zamberg.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Zamberg.com's online catalog.

Each gift certificate is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the certificate.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.
The balance due on an order that exceeds the gift certificate amount must be paid by credit card.
Zamberg.com will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the Zamgers.com Web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Zamgers.com Web site.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Gift certificates may not be purchased or redeemed for international orders.
