With every purchase you make on Zamberg.com your account will automatically build up rewards. In addition to receiving even more savings on your future orders, your loyalty rewards will give you access to exclusive offers & discounts.

Customers who create an account with Zamberg.com automatically get enrolled in the Zamberg Loyalty program. Zamberg Corp. has the right to award loyalty discounts to shoppers based on their purchases and calculations based on Zamberg's evaluation. The Zamberg Loyalty program is offered only to shoppers who are 18 years or older and remain subscribed to Zamberg's offers and discounts e-mail communications. Membership awarding & redemption of loyalty discount & other details will be the sole discretion of Zamberg Corp. The Zamberg Loyalty program & all its primary components including loyalty discounts, merchandise & policies are decided & implemented at the sole discretion of Zamberg Corp. The above list is not exhaustive & can be modified by Zamberg as & when required without giving notice or any form of communication to Loyalty program participants as individuals or groups.

Duration of the Program & Account Termination

The Zamberg Loyalty program was launched on October 25th 2006. For each individual customer it begins with their first order as a registered account holder. The program will continue till the time Zamberg Corp. will run the program. Zamberg Corp. has the sole authority to dissolve the program at anytime, any loyalty discounts will no longer be active and entitlements to the program's existing members will cease to be available on and from that particular date forward. Zamberg is not liable to inform the Loyalty program members of dissolution or closing the program in the event such situation arises.

We may terminate your access or suspend your eligibility for the Loyalty program and its benefits or terminate your right of access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, Associates, or Zamberg.com.

Entry into Zamberg's Loyalty Program

To become eligible for the Zamberg Loyalty program a customer must become a registered account holder either by creating an account on our Internet site www.Zamberg.com and clicking on the "Login" button/link or over the phone 1-877-ZAMBERG (1-877-926-2374) (M - F 10AM to 5PM EST). After clicking on the "Login" button customer will be prompted to enter their information in the New Customer form and following through all the steps of the registration process. Customer becomes eligible to use their level of the discount from their first order as a registered Zamberg account holder.

No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider / Internet / web site / use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Though the above causes are not exhaustive & changes to the same can or will be made at the sole discretion of Zamberg as & when required without giving notice or any form of communication to Loyalty program members as individuals or groups.

Discounts Display
In order to take advantage of this offer follow these easy steps:

• Make your product selections and add them to the Shopping Cart on the www.zamberg.com site.
• Login to your zamberg.com account.
• Inside your shopping cart enter the coupon code (listed above) in the field entitled "Promotion code". The amount of the discount will be reflected in your shopping cart.

Please note: In order to receive the discount you must apply the coupon. If you forgot to apply the coupon, please contact us and we'll update your order. We will not be able to apply the coupon if the order was already shipped.

After your 10th order, the Loyalty Discount will be automatically calculated and displayed directly for each product, after you log into your account.

Additional Loyalty Discount Offers
That's not all! Provided that the customer's e-mail settings do not prevent them from participating in the Loyalty program, they will also be entitled to receive additional, exclusive discounts and offers available only to the Loyalty program members! With every purchase the customer's status in the loyalty program grows, increasing their pre-set loyalty discounts. Moreover this will also increase and improve their exclusive additional discounts offers.

Discount Restrictions & Account Suspension

Eligible Products
The Loyalty discount applies only to all regularly priced products and does not apply to clearance items. Loyalty discount might be eligible to be combined with some other promotional offers, to learn more, carefully review the details of the specific offer.

E-mail Preferences

If the customer changes their e-mail setting to unsubscribe from our sales and promotional offers communications they are automatically suspended from participation in Zamberg loyalty discount program. This does not terminate customer's future participation in the program, if at a later date customer reinstates their discount and offer e-mail communication settings their status in the program will be restored at that time.

General Conditions

Customers will be automatically entered into Zamberg Loyalty program once they create a Zamberg.com account and place their first order. Further, by accepting the loyalty discounts, each customer agrees to release and hold harmless Zamberg, its licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, merchant partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of the loyalty discounts or participation in any Loyalty program related activity. This Program is void where prohibited by law. Zamberg reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Loyalty program; to be in violation of the Conditions of Use of the web site, to be acting in violation of the sites Policies and Procedures; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Loyalty program at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the user and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail, addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Zamberg Corp. will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
