However sometimes the demand for these excellent products surpasses even our highest expectations! When we occasionally run out of individual products, please know that we are making every possible effort to replenish our stock to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. The backordered items will be clearly marked on the site with the earliest expected date those items will be sent out.

Even if an item is backordered, you have the ability to pre-order it and get it cheaper too! At this time we offer a 25% discount on all backordered items. You do not need a coupon code or a special offer - backordered items are discounted automatically.

Estimated Availability Date

The availability date listed for all backordered items is not a guarantee, but is only an estimation. In fact, in most cases we will ship the products sooner than the estimated date listed on the site. However, there could be unexpected delays and if they occur we will notify you immediately.

Mixed Availability Orders

If you placed an order that contains items that are in stock and those that are on backorder, we will not charge you for shipping twice. The item(s) that are in stock will be shipped out right away, and we will send the backordered items at their earliest availability.

If your order contains multiple backordered items with different availability dates, the shipment of all backordered items will be grouped together. All items will be held until everything ordered becomes available and will be shipped at the same time.

The backordered items are identified on the product detail pages, in the shopping cart, and at the order reviewing screen with the eligible discount.

Acquisition Issues

If at any time our suppliers or affiliates are no longer able to provide us with the backordered items, we will notify you right away of the situation. This is an extremely rare occurrence and has never happened before. However, we reserve the right to stop selling any items in our inventory and will provide you with immediate notice.
