At Zamberg, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return
it to Zamberg within 90 days of purchase date. Claims for damaged or missing items
must be received within three days of receipt of merchandise.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price minus the amount actually paid for shipping. If your purchase received the promotional free shipping in case of a return these charges will be withheld from the refunded amount. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.

the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%. Refused returns will be sent back at the customer's expense or discarded.
How to return or exchange an item:
- To return an item you must call Customer Service at 1-877-926-2374 or email email@example.com
to obtain an RAN number.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify

- The RAN number must be clearly written on the outer box.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges
are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged

No Return/Exchange On:
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box,
and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Items showing signs of wear or damaged in any way, other than manufacturing defects,
cannot be accepted for return.
- RAN numbers are valid for 10 days.
- Gift-wrap and gift card charges are non-refundable
- Zamberg is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting
from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the
monetary value of the merchandise only.
- Treatments, whether individual or in kits, which among others include creams, powders,
lotions, soaps, wipes, scrubs, oils, nail polishes & lacquers, nail polish removers,
cleaners, moisturizers, balsams, deodorants, baths, sprays, masks, balms shaving
creams, shaving soaps etc.
- Shaving brushes, razors and blades, whether individual or in kits.
- Special Order merchandise
- Zamberg Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed
- We do not sharpen or repair tools.
- Items that are simply worn from use do not have a manufacturing defect. Zamberg reserves the right to be the sole and final judge as to whether a manufacturing defect exists. Items determined to have a manufacturing defect will be promptly exchanged or refunded.
- If an item is exchanged, and an identical item is not available, we may opt to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
- If a defective item cannot be exchanged, (out of stock, limited edition, etc.) a refund may be the sole course of action available.
- Reasonable return shipping costs for items determined to have a manufacturing defect are covered. We will only reimburse standard return shipping charges only through UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Post Office at published shipping rates. If you use a retail shipping outlet such as The UPS Store to ship your product, you will be responsible for all packing and handling charges.
