Few weeks ago I received Gosol tweezers. I didn’t like these tweezers at all, or better say I didn’t understand them. I had no problem in returning this item. Alex, the customer service representative, asked me to put my faith into his judgment and suggested THIS ITEM, even though the original ones I got were cheaper, I’m thrilled with new tweezers and will definitely buy products from this store again.
