couldn't find parts

I got this lancet among few others items required for school. When I got the package I thought they forget to include some parts or have sent me a defect one. After contacting costumer service, they explained that for a safety purposes, heads are screwed in backwards. Exceptional service, great communication excellent product, got you guys few customers from my school. Do you have any referral discounts?
