Not sure why the previous reviewer said the scissors were bad. They seem to cut my nails just fine. Overall I liked this set. The only plastic item was the handle of the nail file, which suits me fine because it only needs soap and water to clean, the other items I can sterilize with peroxide and not worry about loosening any glued on bits. The case is one of the nicer ones I've seen, the sleeves for the pointy scissors especially. They aren't just flaps to cover the scissors, they are actually almost individual pockets. There won't be dinged up scissor tips on these, I can tell! I was very happy with my purchase. it may not be "top of the line" with a lifetime guarantee included, but honestly, I don't think a lifetime guarantee is needed for this set - the all steel construction speaks for itself. Definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful set for a budget. Each tool does precisely what it is meant for, and the case is sooooo supple! Tweezers especially have very thin slanted edges; that makes it nice and easy to use them.
