Need to be a strong person to open this nipper, well I have problem with my hands so... but issue was resolved immediately! Customer representative suggested item #MSNN14-1. It was more expensive and nickel plated (I wanted stainless steel), but i got it any way. Couldn't be happier, both items seems to be high quality plus great customer service!!!.
